What You'll Be Doing
Own and drive the overall sales strategy for GCS, with accountability for revenue growth and new client acquisitionLead, manage, and develop the Business Development team - setting targets, coaching performance, and building a winning sales cultureIdentify and pursue strategic client relationships across tech, telecom, broadcast, and adjacent marketsDevelop and refine the BD process, playbooks, and tools to maximise team effectivenessCollaborate with recruitment operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience and retentionNegotiate high-value contracts, MSAs, and preferred supplier agreements with enterprise and mid-market clientsRepresent GCS at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a senior ambassador for the businessReport on pipeline, revenue performance, and market trends to senior leadership and the nGAGE executive teamContribute to wider business strategy, including market expansion, service line development, and M&A opportunities
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a proven sales leader with a strong background in staffing or professional services who is ready to make a defining impact.
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity within staffing, recruitment, or professional servicesDemonstrable track record of driving revenue growth, building client portfolios, and leading high-performing BD teamsStrong commercial acumen with experience negotiating complex, high-value contractsExceptional leadership, coaching, and people development skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and manage multiple prioritiesOutstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of the technology and/or telecom talent landscape is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits

Role Overview
You will be part of a high-impact engineering team working on a global Privileged Access Management (PAM) transformation programme. RabbitMQ plays a critical role in enabling secure, scalable messaging across highly regulated environments.
This is a hands-on technical role involving architecture input, engineering, deployment, and collaboration with internal teams and technology stakeholders.
Role: Rabbit MQ/Platform/DevOps

Location: Sheffield 2days office in a week.
Rate: GBP 600 to 620/Day Inside IR35
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support RabbitMQ deployments across non-production and production environments
Configure and manage RabbitMQ clusters (multi-site deployments)
Contribute to architecture and low-level design documentation
Work closely with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams
Deploy and manage solutions using containerisation and orchestration tools
Troubleshoot and optimise messaging performance and reliabilit
Essential Skills
Strong experience with RabbitMQ (Queues, Exchanges, Shovels, Clustering)
Experience managing RabbitMQ via Command Line (Linux/Windows)
Good understanding of Kubernetes (pods, deployments, Helm charts)
Hands-on experience with Docker
Scripting experience in Python and PowerShell
