The Opportunity

Our client, a leading global organisation is seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support the delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programmes across a broad range of industries.

These opportunities offer the chance to work on complex, high-profile initiatives spanning systems integration, cloud transformation, enterprise applications, digital workplace solutions, customer experience, data and analytics, and emerging technologies.

Successful candidates will join a growing delivery team responsible for helping organisations execute strategic change programmes, modernise technology landscapes, and realise the value of their transformation investments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will:

Lead the mobilisation, planning and delivery of complex technology and transformation initiatives.Manage project and programme governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies.Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party delivery partners across multiple workstreams.Drive stakeholder engagement and provide clear recommendations to programme boards and executive sponsors.Ensure delivery outcomes remain aligned to strategic business objectives and agreed timelines.Support the successful adoption of new technologies, operating models and ways of working.Contribute to delivery excellence, best practices and continuous improvement across programmes.

Senior-Level Opportunities

For candidates operating at Senior Project Manager level, responsibilities will also include:

Leading large-scale transformation programmes comprising multiple projects and workstreams.Providing leadership, oversight and direction to programme delivery teams.Managing executive stakeholder relationships and governance forums.Driving programme-level decision making, benefits realisation and strategic delivery outcomes.Coaching and mentoring project managers and wider delivery teams.

Skills & Experience

We're interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate:

Proven experience delivering complex technology, systems integration or transformation programmes.Experience working in consulting, professional services or managed services or large enterprise environments.Strong knowledge of project and programme delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, SAFe and hybrid approaches.Experience across technology domains such as ERP, CRM, cloud, digital workplace, customer experience, data and analytics, AI or enterprise integration.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong leadership, planning, governance and commercial awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK, SAFe or equivalent project delivery certification.

This is a senior, hands‑on project leadership role managing cross‑functional teams, third‑party suppliers, and security engineering streams to ensure both environments are aligned, compliant, and secure throughout the transition.

Key Responsibilities

M&A Security Programme Oversight

Lead the delivery of cyber security workstreams tied to the M&A integration.Conduct gap assessments between existing and acquired security controls, policies, and compliance baselines.Develop and manage integration plans covering network security, DevSecOps, identity, vulnerability management, monitoring, and incident response.Drive standardisation of security tools, processes, and governance across both estates.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, migration roadmaps, and status reports.Coordinate and communicate with senior technical stakeholders across both organisations.Manage dependencies across infrastructure, network security, cloud, DevOps, data, and compliance teams.Ensure clear communication of security risks, remediation timelines, and project progress to leadership.
