We're looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a background in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or security-related projects. In this role, you'll coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, collaborate with technical and business teams, and ensure projects stay organized, on track, and aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do:

Manage multiple IT and IAM projects from initiation through delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

Coordinate technical, security, business, and compliance stakeholders.

Identify project risks, resolve issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Facilitate project meetings and maintain accountability for deliverables.

Prepare project status reports and executive presentations.

What we're looking for:

3-5+ years of IT project management experience.

At least 2 years of IAM or security-related project experience.

Knowledge of IAM concepts such as SSO, provisioning, RBAC, authentication, or PAM.

Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management practices.

Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications and experience with platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Ping Identity are preferred.
