We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with IAM or security project experience who can manage competing priorities, facilitate collaboration, and communicate project status effectively to stakeholders and executive leadership.

What you'll be responsible for:

Managing multiple project plans and coordinating parallel workstreams.

Sequencing tasks and tracking milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.

Facilitating collaboration among business, IT, security, and compliance teams.

Identifying risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans.

Leading project meetings and ensuring action items have clear ownership.

Preparing concise status reports and professional PowerPoint presentations.

Maintaining project documentation and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

What you'll bring:

3-5+ years of IT project management experience.

At least 2 years focused on IAM or security-related projects.

Knowledge of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, provisioning, RBAC, and PAM.

Experience with Agile methodologies and traditional project management frameworks.

Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.

PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications are preferred, as is experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, or Ping Identity.
