We're partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to hire an experienced IT Process Manager / IT Continuity Analyst for a high-impact contract role.
This position sits at the heart of clinical operations and IT, focusing on understanding how critical healthcare services run - and ensuring they can be effectively restored in the event of disruption.
What you'll be doing:Work closely with clinical teams to understand processes, systems, and service flowsIdentify and map key IT dependencies across applications, infrastructure, and networksCreate process maps, service documentation, and recovery plansDefine IT continuity and disaster recovery requirements for critical servicesCollaborate with IT teams, application owners, and stakeholders to document end-to-end service recoveryWhat we're looking for:Strong experience in IT process mapping, business analysis, or IT continuity / DRSolid technical understanding of infrastructure, applications, and service dependenciesAbility to engage both technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersExcellent documentation skills (process flows, recovery plans, service maps)Experience working in complex enterprise environmentsNice to have:Healthcare / clinical systems or public sector experienceExposure to ITIL, business continuity, or operational resilience frameworksThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring critical healthcare services remain resilient and recoverable.
