We are seeking a strategic and visionary IT Business Partner - HR Digital / AI Strategy & Solutions to join a high-performing team at a leading organisation. In this role, you will work at the forefront of HR technology innovation, driving the development and execution of a transformative HR Digital Strategy that leverages the latest in AI and enterprise solutions.

You'll be working closely with HR Solutions & Performance, GBS HR Services, and HR Digital teams to deliver a technology road map that transforms the HR operating model and delivers measurable business value.

Location: Luton / Cambridge (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Duration: 6 months (extendable)
💰 Rate: £600 - £650 per day (LTD / UMB) - outside IR35

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior HR stakeholders to shape and deliver the HR technology strategy.

Lead the development of digital HR capabilities from the ground up.

Drive innovation through AI-powered solutions that enable cost optimisation and business performance.

Champion the transformation of the HR Operating Model with AI as a key enabler.

Manage complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation programs with clear outcomes.

Overview:

The HR Solutions Business Partner will develop strategic relationships with HR Solutions & Performance, GBS HR Services and HR Digital to partner with them in achieving and exceeding business objectives. The Senior Business Partner will bring in depth thought leadership on the HR technology landscape, and especially the opportunities offered by AI, to drive the delivery of an ambitious Technology Strategy and Roadmap that drives delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage. The role will combine their internal knowledge, in-depth understanding of the business area direction, and IT expertise to drive the creation of innovative technology solutions.

Additional:

Domain knowledge of the HR function and technology landscape (including HCM platforms - human capital management, workforce admin, payroll, HR services)Development of technology strategy and roadmap aligned with business prioritiesEvidence of AI mastery, and leading and developing innovative solutionsDeep awareness of developments in the Information Technology marketplace including AIA proven track record of delivering resultsExperience of building business cases & mobilising high value investmentsExperience of leading teams with a demonstrable track record of motivational and achievement-oriented leadershipExperience of managing third party suppliers and have strong network and consulting skillsStrong influencing, networking and team working skillsDemonstrate strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectivesProficiency in planning, change management and problem solving and able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature
