Summary of Role
A leading Technology organisation is looking for an Infrastructure Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and technology programmes across enterprise environments.
This is a senior, customer-facing role responsible for managing large-scale initiatives covering Cloud, Networks, Infrastructure, Security, and Digital Workplace technologies. You will oversee programme governance, stakeholder management, planning, delivery, and reporting while ensuring successful outcomes for customers and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure and technology programmes.Manage programme plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, and governance.Act as the primary contact for senior stakeholders and customers.Drive programme reporting, steering committees, and executive updates.Coordinate delivery across technical teams, partners, and third-party suppliers.Manage scope, change control, and programme risks.Support continuous improvement and delivery best practices.Experience & Skills Required
Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure-focused programmes.Strong background across Cloud, Networks, Infrastructure, Security, or Enterprise Technology environments.Excellent programme governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder management skills.Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.Desirable Experience & Certifications
PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent certification.5+ years' experience delivering enterprise technology programmes.Experience within IT Services, Managed Services, Systems Integration, or Professional Services environments would be highly advantageous.Strong understanding of programme lifecycle management, change control, and service transition.What's on Offer
