We're looking for an experienced CyberArk Engineer to join a high-performing security team on a fully remote contract basis. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on supporting and maintaining CyberArk environments across multiple enterprise client estates.
You'll be the go-to escalation point for complex CyberArk issues, owning the ticket queue from L2 through to L4 and ensuring privileged access platforms remain secure, stable, and compliant.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing and resolving CyberArk incidents and requests across L2-L4 support.Troubleshooting CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM and PVWA issues.Investigating integration challenges with Entra ID, MFA, SIEM and other security technologies.Performing upgrades, patching, certificate renewals and DR testing.Managing account onboarding/offboarding, safes, policies and access reviews.Conducting root cause analysis and liaising with CyberArk support where required.Maintaining documentation, runbooks and working within ITIL change processes.What We're Looking For
3+ years' hands-on CyberArk administration and support experience.Strong experience across Vault, CPM, PSM and PVWA.Proven ability to resolve complex L3/L4 issues in production environments.PowerShell scripting skills for troubleshooting and automation.Experience working within MSP, managed service or multi-client environments is highly desirable.Exposure to Entra ID, EDR, SIEM, Zscaler or related security technologies would be beneficial.What's On Offer?

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll design, implement and enhance secure identity solutions across a complex Microsoft environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and support Microsoft Entra ID solutions across the organisation.
Lead the implementation and optimisation of Conditional Access policies and authentication controls.
Configure and manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication and Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).
Drive Zero Trust identity initiatives and improve the organisation's overall security posture.
Manage identity lifecycle processes, including Joiner, Mover and Leaver workflows.
Integrate cloud and on-premises identities using Entra Connect and Cloud Sync.

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Test engineer with expertise in Identity and Access management (IAM) back-end validation.
