With continued growth in our cybersecurity practice, we are seeking a seasoned Director of IAM to lead the delivery of large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs across the UK.The RoleAs the Director of IAM, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of multiple IAM engagements, managing high-performing delivery teams, and building trusted client relationships. This is a leadership role requiring a strong blend of technical knowledge, delivery management, and strategic oversight. You'll work with some of the UK's most prominent organisations to design and implement IAM solutions that drive business resilience and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the successful delivery of multiple IAM programs across various industry sectors.Manage and mentor a team of IAM specialists, architects, and project managers.Own client relationships at a senior level, providing strategic IAM guidance and thought leadership.Oversee solution design, delivery roadmaps, and governance structures.Drive the adoption of best practices in IAM technologies, processes, and tools (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk).Ensure delivery excellence, meeting time, budget, and quality expectations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to expand service offerings and support pre-sales activities.Stay ahead of industry trends, advising clients on emerging IAM challenges and opportunities.Support the growth of the IAM practice, contributing to recruitment, capability development, and innovation.Key Skills & Experience10+ years' experience in IAM, with at least 5 years in a leadership or delivery-focused role.Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale IAM projects in complex environments.Strong understanding of IAM domains: Identity Governance, Access Management, Privileged Access Management, and Directory Services.Experience with leading IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk).Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Excellent team leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.Familiarity with industry regulations and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).Previous experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is highly desirable.
