Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Lead - who has a good understanding of Identity Management and a successful track record of working in complex and global organisations at fast pace. The role will report to the Programme Manager and be part of a dynamic and highly skilled team.

In this role, you will:

Manage several of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Workstreams supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global FunctionsWork with the team using standard PM reporting practices ensuring JIRA & Confluence is kept up to dateSupport team in understanding and unblocking problems preventing progressWork with team to identify areas for continuous improvement across the programmeLead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver on the agreed scopeEngage with business and technology stakeholders to agree prioritiesProactively follow up with project resources and ensuring workstream delivers to the agreed scheduleHighlight any concerns with progress to the programme manager to ensure delivery stays on trackEffectively handing changes to plan, resourcing and new requirementsProvide weekly reporting of status, risks and issues across the workstream

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Essential

Strong project management skillsGood technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, Cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms.Previous hands-on experience of delivering IAM projectsGood technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirementsStrong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholdersPositive, pro-active team player working as part of a large programme / global teamGood understanding of regulatory and audit requirementAn inquisitive nature with a rapid aptitude for learning

Desired

A PM qualification (Prince 2, PMP)Proven track record of working with technical, Cybersecurity and operations teamsPrevious experience as a Scrum Master or Lead for a complex programme or in a large organisationExperience working with JIRA and workflow management tools and agile project management approaches

one of our banking client is looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to join a major enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme. You'll lead the delivery of multiple IAM/IGA workstreams, working with technology, cybersecurity, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.
