one of our banking client is looking for an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to join a major enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation programme. You'll lead the delivery of multiple IAM/IGA workstreams, working with technology, cybersecurity, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.

📍 Location: Hybrid - Sheffield (up to 3 days per week)
📅 Contract: Initial contract until 30th November 2026

What you'll doLead IAM/IGA project delivery across multiple workstreams.Manage plans, risks, dependencies, and project reporting.Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.Drive Agile delivery using JIRA and Confluence.Remove blockers and keep projects on track.What you'll bringProven experience delivering IAM or IGA projects.Strong Delivery Lead or Technical Project Management experience.Good understanding of IAM, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, and infrastructure.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.

Desirable: PRINCE2/PMP, Scrum Master experience, and a background in Cyber Security or Financial Services.
