About the Role
A global healthcare provider is launching a far‑reaching identity transformation. They require an experienced IAM Programme Manager to lead multiple workstreams spanning workforce identity, privileged access, lifecycle automation, and compliance uplift.
Key Responsibilities
Own the IAM programme roadmap, scope, budget, and stakeholder governance.Oversee delivery of projects including PAM enhancements, MFA rollout, SSO migration, and onboarding automation.Liaise with clinical, compliance, and IT teams to ensure identity solutions integrate with operational workflows.Manage vendor relationships and technical delivery partners.Provide reporting, risk tracking, and programme governance to senior leadership.Skills & Experience
Proven track record running multi‑stream IAM programmes.Experience with stacks such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and Azure AD.Background in regulated environments (healthcare, pharma, government) preferred.

In this role, you will:
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for IAM components, policies, connectors, microservices, and integrations.Enable automated testing, security scanning, and controlled deployments across DEV/TEST/PROD environments.Implement continuous improvement to streamline IAM release processes.Develop and maintain IaC (Terraform, Ansible for deploying IAM infrastructure, identity policies, directories, and supporting platforms.Ensure consistent, repeatable environments and compliance with architectural standards.Develop scripts and automation for account lifecycle operations, access provisioning, and system integrations.Deploy IAM services or related microservices on Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, and serverless environments.Manage containerisation, service mesh integrations, certificates, and secrets for IAM workloads.Embed security into the build and deployment process, including vulnerability scanning, secrets detection, and code quality checks.Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with Zero Trust principles and IAM security policies.Collaborate with IAM architects, security teams, and application owners on design and integration requirements.Create and maintain documentation for pipelines, IaC, deployment patterns, and operational processes.
