OverView of the role-

The candidate must have at least 10 years worth of leadership and management2-3 years in telecoms industry managing Infrastructure Engineers, Logistics stuffs and IT support engineers.Hands on with running a complete planning environment - contact centre / strategis planningKnowledge in Operation centres - NOCS centresThe role is more operational and tactical then strategic.Track performance of the project d- daily, in month performance and estimate whats happening in the next 6 months.Handled huge teams (indirect reporty of 100+)Keep track of the cost involved in running the process and able to minimize it to certain level.
