Overview
We're recruiting for an experienced Franchise Manager to join the Franchise EMEA team of a leading global entertainment organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to support franchise strategy and performance across an assigned market, working closely with Global and EMEA teams to deliver strategic initiatives, campaigns and key franchise moments.
Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of franchise strategies for the assigned market.Support the execution of key franchise initiatives and tentpole moments.Partner with local stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.Act as the primary franchise contact for the assigned market.Support local franchise planning and execution in line with Global and EMEA priorities.Partner with Global Franchise teams to provide market perspectives and strategic insight.Contribute to selected EMEA-wide strategic initiatives and Champion topics.Support cross-market alignment and the sharing of best practices across EMEA.Coordinate projects and provide guidance to support resources where required.Manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
6+ years' experience in brand management, marketing strategy, franchise management or cross-functional leadership.Strong experience in franchise and/or brand strategy.Experience working across multiple markets and cultures, ideally within an international organisation.Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence within a matrixed environment.Strong project management, prioritisation and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work with a high degree of ownership, autonomy and accountability.Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Desirable Skills
Experience within entertainment, media, gaming, consumer brands or related industries.Experience delivering major campaigns, launches or tentpole initiatives.EMEA or global franchise experience.Experience working with global brand teams and local market stakeholders.MBA or Master's degree.Adobe Acrobat proficiency.
