Experienced ERP Architect with a strong track record in designing scalable, secure, and efficient enterprise architectures across retail, digital, and healthcare domains. Adept at aligning solution designs with strategic business objectives, driving innovation, and fostering capability-based planning. Skilled in documenting as-is/to-be architectures, conducting architecture reviews, and ensuring non-functional requirements such as scalability, disaster recovery, and performance are met. Proven success in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and risk mitigation. Strong expertise in SAP HANA, ERP/CRM systems, COTS and SaaS integrations, and cloud platforms including Azure. TOGAF certification preferred, with additional capabilities in business process mapping, architecture modeling, and compliance with GDPR. Recognized for strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and leading architecture governance initiatives.
