We are seeking a hands-on Process Technician to support the development, testing, and operation of manufacturing processes and equipment within a collaborative engineering environment.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, collecting data, working with engineers, and supporting new product or process development. The position offers exposure to automated equipment, testing, validation, and continuous improvement activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and monitor manufacturing, testing, or process equipmentCollect and document process, production, and performance dataSupport engineers in identifying process improvements and resolving equipment issuesTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational problemsPerform routine maintenance, adjustments, and equipment setupAssist with equipment builds, upgrades, and testing activitiesConduct inspections, measurements, and quality checksMaintain accurate documentation and reportsSupport process validation, testing, and continuous improvement initiativesFollow safety, quality, and operational proceduresRequired QualificationsExperience working in a manufacturing, production, engineering, laboratory, testing, maintenance, or technical environmentHands-on experience operating equipment, machines, tools, or automated systemsMechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to collect, document, and communicate data effectivelyStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable working closely with engineers, technicians, and operations teamsAbility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
