Are you a recent graduate looking to build a career in automation, controls, and robotics? We are seeking motivated engineers with a passion for problem-solving and technology to join a structured training programme focused on developing the next generation of Controls & Automation Engineers.
What You'll Do
Learn and develop skills in industrial automation, controls systems, and PLC programming.Work with automated equipment, sensors, motors, robotics, and control systems.Support the design, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of automation solutions.Develop coding and software development skills used within modern engineering environments.Collaborate with experienced engineers on real-world automation projects.What We're Looking For
Recent graduate (2022-2026) in:Electrical EngineeringElectrical Engineering TechnologyMechatronics EngineeringRobotics EngineeringElectromechanical EngineeringRelated Engineering DisciplineExposure to programming through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning using technologies such as:PythonC/C++MATLABArduinoRaspberry PiPLCs or Ladder LogicInterest in automation, controls, robotics, and hardware systems.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.A curious mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.Nice to Have
PLC or automation coursework/projects.Ability to read electrical schematics.Experience with robotics, sensors, motors, or control systems.Internship, co-op, laboratory, or hands-on engineering project experience.What You'll Receive
