We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Technical Consultant to deliver a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Sales solution on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a hands-on delivery role where you will take ownership of the project from requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, CRM migration, integration, testing, UAT, training and go-live.
The successful consultant will need strong experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementations and CRM migrations within tight project timescales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements and discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholdersDesign and configure Dynamics 365 CE SalesConfigure accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activities and sales pipelinesConfigure forms, views, business rules, security roles and business process flowsDesign and manage the Dataverse data modelDeliver migration from the existing CRM into Dynamics 365 CEManage data mapping, cleansing, deduplication, transformation and reconciliationDevelop and test end-to-end sales processes and automationSupport integrations with Zoom and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Manage configuration, integration, regression and migration testingLead/support UAT and defect resolutionCreate dashboards and reporting, including Power BI where requiredDeliver user training, documentation and technical handoverSupport go-live and post-migration validation
Essential Experience
Minimum 3 years' hands-on Dynamics 365 CE Sales implementation experienceMinimum 3 years' CRM migration experience into Dynamics 365 CE SalesStrong Dynamics 365 Sales configuration experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft DataverseCRM migration, data mapping and data cleansingBusiness Process FlowsSecurity roles and access controlsDynamics solution deploymentRequirements gathering and solution designIntegration and API experienceEnd-to-end testing and UATExperience delivering user training and technical handoverAbility to independently deliver within a fixed 3-month project timeframe
