My client who are are within the investment management industry are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team on a 3 month contract role
Required:
Ability to respond timely to end users and resolve issues.Above excellent customer service, high levels of communication and the ability to managing problems through to completion whilst keeping the end user updated.Excellent time management skills.Experience supporting Windows 10/11 EnvironmentsExcellent working knowledge of core Microsoft products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Edge etcOffice 365 experience - User Account Management & TroubleshootingWorking knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft Active Directory and its associated tools.Experience supporting remote access systems including MFA, Azure Virtual Desktops and Windows Terminal Servers and VPN ConnectivityDemonstrable commitment to quality, service and problem management.Desirable:
Knowledge of Microsoft AzureKnowledge of AV systems, such as Crestron Cisco and Teams Meeting Rooms.Knowledge of Endpoint Manger (Intune), SCCM, Auto PilotKnowledge of the Private Equity industry is a nice-to-have but not essential as training will be provided.Knowledge and experience of ITIL advantageousThis is an urgent role.
