We're seeking a Product Designer to join a multidisciplinary team delivering a next-gen AI-powered service for a public sector organisation. This is a hands-on role spanning discovery through to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff.

You'll work closely with researchers, developers, and product owners to shape intuitive, accessible digital experiences enhanced by AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design planning, scoping, and team alignmentSupport user research and co-create research artefactsTranslate insights into journeys, wireframes, and user storiesBuild and iterate prototypes in FigmaCollaborate on integration points with AI models and servicesConduct user testing and feed learnings back into designActively participate in Agile ceremonies

Key skills

Extensive experience in UX/Product Design rolesStrong UX and UI design capability, especially with FigmaExperience delivering in Agile, cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with AI tools, ISO/UX standards, or prompt design (bonus)
