Project Manager - M365 Tenant Migration & AD Trust

Location: Hybrid / Manchester/Preston
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: GBP 290-330/day

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration and Active Directory Trust implementation programme.

You'll be responsible for coordinating internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to deliver a complex migration covering:

Active Directory TrustsIdentity MigrationExchange OnlineSharePoint OnlineOneDriveMicrosoft TeamsResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of the migration programmeManage project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and reportingCoordinate technical and business workstreamsManage suppliers and delivery partnersLead governance forums, steering groups, and stakeholder engagementOversee testing, pilot migrations, cutover planning, and go-live readinessSupport business change, communications, and user adoption activitiesEnsure successful transition into operational supportRequirementsProven experience delivering large-scale Microsoft 365 migration programmesExperience leading tenant-to-tenant migration projectsStrong understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and identity managementExperience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive migrationsStrong stakeholder, supplier, and executive management skillsExcellent governance, RAID, risk, and dependency management experienceBackground delivering infrastructure, cloud, or digital workplace transformation projectsDesirableExperience with Active Directory Trust implementationsUtilities or regulated industry experiencePMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or similar project management certificationApply
