We are looking for a Data Visualisation Analyst to join a growing analytics team. This role is ideal for someone with strong Power BI expertise who enjoys turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support business decision-making.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models while working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver impactful reporting solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop intuitive, high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports.Translate business requirements into effective visualisations, measures, and reporting assets.Build, maintain, and optimise semantic models using best-practice modelling techniques.Develop and maintain DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.Monitor and improve dashboard performance, usability, and reliability.Manage reporting security, access controls, and deployment processes.Support testing, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of reporting solutions.Create and maintain technical and user documentation.Work closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and user-focused reporting solutions.Skills & ExperienceProven experience developing Power BI dashboards in a commercial environment.Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query.Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar cloud analytics platforms.Strong SQL skills, including query optimisation and data validation.Good understanding of data modelling, reporting architecture, and BI best practices.Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What We're Looking ForDetail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
