An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a large-scale cybersecurity and resilience programme focused on protecting critical digital services and infrastructure.
This role will suit professionals with experience in cybersecurity regulation, digital resilience, governance, public policy, compliance, or risk management who want to play a key role in shaping organisational readiness for evolving cyber regulations and resilience requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and oversight of cybersecurity and resilience frameworks including NIS2, DORA and related regulatory requirements.Analyse legislation, standards and policy developments impacting cyber resilience.Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support regulatory readiness and compliance initiatives.Contribute to strategic resilience programmes and cybersecurity governance activities.Prepare reports, recommendations and briefings for senior decision-makers.Support awareness, engagement and consultation activities across a diverse stakeholder landscape.What We're Looking For5+ years' experience in cybersecurity policy, regulation, governance, compliance, risk management or resilience.Strong understanding of NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, GDPR or similar frameworks.Experience interpreting regulations and translating requirements into practical actions.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.Ideal BackgroundsCybersecurity Regulation * Digital Resilience * Regulatory Affairs * Governance & Compliance * Information Security Governance * Public Sector Cybersecurity * Risk Management * Policy Development
