Director of Security Engineering - Permanent - London
£130,000 - £150,000 + performance bonus & corporate benefits
Hybrid - Central London
This one is a corker and in my opinion one of the most exciting perm roles i've had the pleasure of working on in the last decade. I will be taking printed copies of CVs to present to the client next Tuesday morning so if you're up for it, send me message and we'll have a chat.
I have been engaged on a search for a Director of Security Engineering reporting directly into the CISO of a high growth, international technology business. This is an opportunity for a security leader who wants genuine ownership, influence and the ability to shape the future direction of security across a modern SaaS organisation.
This is one for someone who can operate strategically with executive stakeholders whilst remaining credible with engineers, architects and technical teams. You'll be joining at a particularly interesting point in the organisation's journey, helping to scale security capabilities, embed security into product and engineering functions, strengthen detection and response capabilities and shape how the business approaches AI security and emerging technology risks.
If you're a security leader who wants to own Security Engineering, SecOps, AppSec, Cloud Security and AI Security in a business where security is viewed as an enabler rather than a blocker reach out to me ASAP. It would be particularly suited to existing Directors, Heads of Security Engineering, Heads of Security Operations, Senior Security Managers or technically minded security leaders who are looking for a broader remit and greater impact.
Experience within SaaS, technology, cloud native or product led organisations would be especially valuable.
