Role: Communication & Chnage Lead

Senior professional with a proven track record in managing communications and leading change across complex, large-scale organisations. Responsible for designing, delivering, and embedding tailored communication strategies and change management plans that align with the programme's objectives, ensuring engagement and adoption across all levels of the organisation. This pivotal role will focus on driving impactful communications and change management interventions for a global, high-profile programme.

Key Accountabilities

Responsible for leading the comms and change workstream of a specific global programme, overseeing its planning, execution, and successful implementation.Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing strategic insights into communications and change management best practices.Identify, engage and align stakeholders from across various levels of the organisation to foster a collaborative approach in planning and implementing changes.In collaboration with the project team support the design and delivery of workshops that engage the business and foster ownership of solutions.Ensure feedback loops are open throughout the project and adapt the business change readiness plans as needed.Partner with internal stakeholders in the programme and the business to ensure the delivery of effective solutions.Develop and execute a tailored communication plan for the program, factoring in existing comms plans and other business change. Ensuring stakeholders have a joined-up view of progress, changes and milestones throughout the lifecycle.Craft clear, compelling messaging and materials tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring programme milestones, progress, and changes are effectively communicated.Proactively identify and address barriers to programme success, demonstrating problem-solving skills and escalation procedures to achieve desired outcomes.Monitor and evaluate workstream and program performance, to provide regular updates and reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Background required:

Degree level or Masters/advanced degreeExperience of successful delivery of change projects/programmes which have high impact on people and ways of working.

Are you passionate about keeping businesses running when it matters most? We're on the lookout for a Business Continuity & Resilience Specialist to join our Risk & Compliance team.

In this pivotal role, you'll design and lead strategies that protect our operations from disruption and enhance our ability to recover quickly. This is your chance to make a real impact across the business - from critical systems and supply chains to crisis response and recovery.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the development of business continuity and resilience frameworks

Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments

Develop and maintain BC and crisis management plans

Coordinate simulations and testing exercises

Partner across departments to ensure resilience is embedded in everything we do

Support incident response and recovery when disruptions occur

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in business continuity, crisis management, or resilience roles

Strong working knowledge of ISO 22301 or other relevant standards

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Practical experience designing and running BCP exercises

Relevant certifications (CBCI, ISO 22301) a plus

Location & Working Style:

Based in Birmingham

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in-office, rest remote
