My client who are well known within the utilities industry are looking for a Business Transformation/Customer Journey Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract role (outside ir35)
The ideal candidate would have experience in:
Customer journey mappingBusiness process mappingCustomer experience and service designBusiness transformation and operating model designFacilitating workshops with senior stakeholdersGap analysis and prioritisationChange management and implementation planningExperience working in the utility experienceThis role will require you to be on site 2 days a week in their Surrey office
