We are seeking a strategic and visionary IT Business Partner - HR Digital / AI Strategy & Solutions to join a high-performing team at a leading organisation. In this role, you will work at the forefront of HR technology innovation, driving the development and execution of a transformative HR Digital Strategy that leverages the latest in AI and enterprise solutions.

You'll be working closely with HR Solutions & Performance, GBS HR Services, and HR Digital teams to deliver a technology road map that transforms the HR operating model and delivers measurable business value.

Location: Luton / Cambridge (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)

Duration: 6 months (extendable)
💰 Rate: £600 - £650 per day (LTD / UMB) - outside IR35

Partner with senior HR stakeholders to shape and deliver the HR technology strategy.

Lead the development of digital HR capabilities from the ground up.

Drive innovation through AI-powered solutions that enable cost optimisation and business performance.

Champion the transformation of the HR Operating Model with AI as a key enabler.

Manage complex, enterprise-scale HR transformation programs with clear outcomes.

Scale and optimise digital HR tools across the business landscape.
