Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirementsTranslate business needs into clear functional specificationsSupport delivery teams across the full project lifecycleFacilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysisEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical solutionsRequired ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst on complex programmesStrong domain knowledge in Energy, Utilities, or SustainabilityExperience working in data-driven or operational environmentsExcellent stakeholder management
