A leading Insurance company is seeking a Snr Business Analyst for a 12 month rolling Daily rate contract position based in Dublin city centre, this is a long term engagement that will roll on/potentially become permanent, the role offers flexible hybrid working with two to three days required onsite. You will have experience with the SDLC, a metrics-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently.

What you will be doing in the role:

What you will need:

You will have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, focusing on software development and data analysis.You will have experience in gathering requirements from cross-functional groups.You will have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.You will have excellent communication and data presentation skills.You will have proficiency in Lean and Agile methodologies, MS DevOps, Kanban, and Confluence.You will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI, MS Excel, Word, and Visio.You will have an IIBA-CCBA certification (preferred).Experience in the Insurance/Reinsurance industry is preferred.
