Operators are skilled assembly professionals responsible for executing precise, hands-on manufacturing processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure consistent quality and production standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform hands-on assembly tasks using specialised table-mounted tools and equipment.Execute cutting, stripping, and cleaning processes according to detailed specifications and work instructions.Work under microscopes and follow visual aids, diagrams, and assembly instructions with accuracy.Capture photographs and complete basic production documentation as required.Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work environment.Collaborate with technicians and other team members within a designated area of the production line.Qualifications & SkillsExcellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.Experience in small-parts assembly, such as electronics, PCB manufacturing, medical devices, or similar precision manufacturing environments preferred.Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.Strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the organisation.Effective communication skills with the ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and work as part of a team.
