A leading UK projects and engineering organisation is seeking an experienced AI & Agentic Transformation Lead to support a major enterprise transformation programme.
Working closely with senior business leaders, transformation teams, technology stakeholders and external partners, you will act as the AI subject matter expert, helping identify, prioritise and scale AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
This role sits within a large transformation portfolio focused on driving standardisation, operational excellence, governance improvements and enhanced business performance across multiple project-focused business units.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead AI adoption and transformation initiatives across the organisationIdentify and prioritise high-value AI use casesTranslate business challenges into AI-enabled solutionsBuild compelling business cases and benefit realisation frameworksWork closely with Technology, Transformation and external delivery partnersDrive adoption and embedding of AI-enabled ways of workingSupport delivery of AI programmes and ensure solutions meet business requirementsAdvise on AI governance, security, risk and responsible AI practicesInfluence senior stakeholders and help shape AI strategyEssential ExperienceStrong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AIProven experience delivering AI-enabled transformation programmesExperience operating within complex enterprise organisationsStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience translating technical concepts into business outcomesUnderstanding of AI governance, security and riskExperience working across business and technology teamsDesirable ExperienceMicrosoft 365 CopilotCopilot StudioAzure AI FoundryEnterprise AI PlatformsConstruction, Engineering, Infrastructure or Facilities Management environmentsContract DetailsInitial 6-month contractRemote basedApprox. 10% travelImmediate startDay rate dependent on experiencePlease apply for further information.
