Responsibilities
Provides support to acquirers, network-to-network partners, issuers, and processors. Researches complex situations and supports participants with operationsSupports business development teams to expand acceptance and Approval rates optimization Supports participants through the semi-annual release process. Manages and coordinates certification.Ensures participants are in compliance with operating rules and regulations. Responsible for EMEA Compliance activities co-ordination (e.g. waivers, auditing) and BCP data reviews.Engages participants and internal stakeholders to support network initiatives. Settlement issue/resolution co-ordination (Rupay & others) and ProtectBuy/SCA central project management/coordination.Analyzes end-to-end transaction processing, troubleshoots issues and acceptance complaints, and supports issuer & Acquirer launches. Lead Salesforce effort to maximise efficiency and automate EMEA reporting.Manage EMEA data & presentations for forums, business reviews and ad-hoc reporting.Coordinate with Snr Mgrs & Dir.
