ERP & CRM Specialist
Overview
A nationwide organisation is seeking an experienced ERP & CRM Specialist to manage, support, and enhance its core business systems. This hands-on role is central to the continued optimisation of ERP and CRM platforms, ensuring they support critical operations, enable data accuracy, and facilitate decision-making across departments. The successful candidate will also play a key role in supporting users and implementing new system capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for ERP and CRM users, addressing technical issues and service requests.
Deliver user training and create supporting materials to enhance adoption and usage.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Configure and customise ERP and CRM systems to meet evolving business needs.
Manage system integration's with internal tools and third-party applications.
Lead or support upgrades, data migrations, and new module implementations.
Maintain system security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols in compliance with IT governance.
Deliver projects on time and within scope, managing time lines, deliverable, and budgets.
Continuously monitor system performance and recommend process or system improvements.
Create and maintain clear technical and user documentation.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience working with ERP and CRM systems in a business environment.
Relevant third-level degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (M365)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Azure.
Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
Solid experience using Microsoft Teams and project/task management platforms.
Core Competencies
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while aligning with business priorities.
Strong understanding of data protection (GDPR), IT security, and change management frameworks.
Confident in documenting processes, systems, and SOPs.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills (including at C-suite level).
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks from start to finish.
Budget awareness and strategic thinking are a plus.
Positive, can-do mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
