The upside is so clear that demand for this capability to be made available in on-prem and in multi-cloud scenarios is growing continually. IBM and RedHat have been working on open source technology to solve for the enterprise use case and bring the serverless paradigm wherever you compute. In this presentation, Anton provides an overview of how serverless fits into the current enterprise technology landscape along with an overview of the components that IBM and RedHat have made available. He then concludes with a short demo of the tools in action. Anton is a client technical professional at IBM Cloud with around 20 years’ experience delivering solutions on the web stack. His core focus is bringing technologies and best practices to organizations that are seeking to accelerate their adoption of cloud operating models. He is also an open source contributor and part of the Node.js Organization on Github as well as contributes to Kubernetes observability tools based on BPF.
