As a Data Centre Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving infrastructure performance. Your responsibilities will include:

Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining server and network hardware

Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams (e.g., Network Engineers, Systems Engineers, Developers)

Collaborating with external partners, such as hardware vendors, service providers, and contractors

Ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of data center operations

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Fluency in English (spoken and written)

EU residency

Experience with server hardware troubleshooting, including:

Boot processes (POST, BIOS, PXE, Kickstart, GRUB/LILO, RAID)

Network protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet, Layer 2/3 technologies)

Physical infrastructure (copper/fiber cabling, switches, routers)

* Hands-on working experience with VMware, VCF, NSX, Horizon, vSphere, SRM, vSAN, Horizon, vCloud Director, VMware Cloud on AWS (Combination of any three skills).
* Holds relevant certification in VMware (VCP/VCAP).
