Overview:
A leading organisation in Dublin city centre is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to lead a major SAP upgrade programme. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SAP programme delivery and deep expertise in change management, who can drive transformation across business and IT functions in a complex enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:
As SAP Programme Manager, you will:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP upgrade, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.Oversee programme planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams.Develop and implement a robust change management strategy to support business readiness and user adoption.Manage third-party vendors and system integrators, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and budget.Collaborate with business stakeholders to align SAP solutions with operational needs.Monitor programme risks, issues, and dependencies, and report to senior governance forums.Support financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting in collaboration with finance teams.Champion continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the programme.Qualifications & Experience:
You will have:
10+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP or ERP programmes.Proven track record delivering SAP or similar transformation projects.Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement.Experience working in complex or regulated environments.Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.Proficiency in programme governance, financial oversight, and reporting.A degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field.Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMI, or PgMP.Key Competencies:

I am hiring an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver complex security projects, including consultancy and on boarding services.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business and security goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years IT project management experience, including 2+ years in cyber security and Managed Services.
Bid/RFP experience desirable.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and technologies (firewalls, EDR/XDR, SIEM, IAM, etc.).
Experience with cloud, application, and network security.
Skilled in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
Communication:
Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Confident presenter and meeting leader.
Personal Attributes:
Leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
