Are you passionate about solving real-world technical challenges and delivering impactful projects? I'm looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, supporting a variety of projects across infrastructure, middleware, automation, observability, cloud services, and process improvement.
You'll play a key role in bringing projects from concept to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance performance and business outcomes.
What You'll Be Responsible For:You will manage end-to-end technical project delivery, including planning, execution, and closing.
You will oversee infrastructure-related projects such as cloud deployments, automation, middleware integration, and observability tooling.
You will communicate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, scope, and expectations.
You will monitor project performance using tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
You will identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and report progress to senior management.
You will collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
What You'll Bring:3+ years of project management experience.
Proven track record of delivering technical projects in Agile/Scrum settings.
Strong understanding of SDLC, project delivery methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:PMP or Agile/Scrum certifications.
Experience with tools like Kubernetes, GitLab, Prometheus, Ansible, Rancher, or OpenShift.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and CI/CD tools.
Background in entertainment, leisure, or guest experience industries is a plus.

The Program & Portfolio Manager will oversee a wide range of support and analysis tasks relating to customer financing. The role includes ensuring departmental objectives and project deadlines are met, facilitating requests for sales and financing program partners, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders, including outsource funding partners.
Key Requirements:✅ Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, with fluency in legal language, particularly for financing contracts.
✅ Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work effectively with staff and managers across different teams and functions.
✅ Analytical Skills: Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams. Capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas in a hybrid working model.
✅ Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure setting with competing priorities.
✅ Project-Based Work: Experience in leading multinational and cross-border finance projects.
✅ Finance & Legal Expertise: Ability to follow standard accounting and finance practices and understand legal language related to financing contracts.
✅ Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and M365 Power platform (Teams, Power Automate, Sharepoint, Power BI). Basic technical understanding and willingness to learn about new technology is a must.
✅ AI Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI and how it can be leveraged in project tasks is a plus.
✅ Requests Facilitation: Identify and facilitate requests for sales and various financing program partners. Maintain open and regular communication with outsource funding partners.
✅ Cross-Functional Support: Support outsourcing partners in internal meetings and maintain communication with sales reps and managers across functions.
✅ Operational Reporting: Oversee operational reporting from all financing partners. Highlight issues and successes as appropriate.
✅ Portfolio Support: Manage and provide support for existing financing transactions outside of outsourced financing programs, offering guidance to sales teams during the entire deal lifecycle.
✅ Model Transition: Assist in transferring existing finance customers from legacy financing models to new outsourced models.
✅ Travel Requirements: Light travel may be required for customer meetings in Germany, Switzerland, and Ireland.
✅ Non-Standard Deal Requests: Manage requests for maintenance rebate and other non-standard deal requests in accordance with published guidelines.
✅ Residual Tracking: Maintain residual tracking with existing partners and manage the requests and outcomes of residual sharing arrangements.
✅ Point of Contact: Serve as the single point of contact for day-to-day requests from financing partners related to security, facilities, etc.
✅ Program Documentation: Assist with the creation, collection, and determination of any localized program-related documentation.
✅ Outsource Partner Assistance: Help outsourcing partners with pricing and documentation requests.
✅ Strategic Initiatives: Participate in long-term projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Responsibility:
✅ Manage unstructured tasks with wide implications and multiple outcomes.
✅ Apply expertise and unique technical knowledge to solve complex problems within time, budget, and resource constraints.
✅ Demonstrate leadership and vision in driving strategic decisions.
Interaction:
✅ Work effectively with staff at all levels, from entry-level employees to Vice Presidents, across various functions and external parties.
✅ Limited supervision: this role requires self-direction, prioritization, and driving results independently.
✅ Act as a proactive contributor and subject matter expert, influencing multiple individuals and teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
✅ Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT financing required.
✅ Education: University Degree or equivalent experience.
✅ Project Completion: Demonstrated ability to complete multiple, complex technical projects.
