I am currently hiring for a Senior SAP Systems Analyst to join our team.
This is a critical role responsible for the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of SAP business processes, with a strong focus on Manufacturing Finance and Controlling functions. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimise and enhance SAP systems, ensuring they effectively support key business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing existing business processes and gathering detailed requirements to support SAP-related improvements and new implementations.
Maintaining deep expertise in SAP modules relevant to Manufacturing Finance, including Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Production Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Profitability Analysis, and Profit Center Accounting.
Developing functional process designs and comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate solutions before deployment.
Providing ongoing support for SAP business processes, promptly resolving any production issues and ensuring system stability.
Documenting business processes clearly and thoroughly, creating training materials, and delivering training sessions to business users.
Collaborating effectively with business and IT stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions are aligned with broader business strategies and IT road maps.
Participating in project governance, helping to manage requirements, communicate status, and ensure timely delivery of SAP initiatives.
Staying up-to-date with SAP enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous process improvement and digital transformation.
Qualifications and skills:
8-12 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years focused on SAP support and analysis within Manufacturing Finance or Controlling domains.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA modules relevant to Manufacturing Finance and Controlling.
Proficiency in business requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, and testing methodologies.
Experience with tools like Visio, Excel, and Access to support analysis and documentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical audiences.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours when necessary and willingness to travel locally or internationally as needed.
Familiarity with project management principles and software development lifecycle processes.
