We're working with a growing company in the IT security space that's on the lookout for a Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding cyber team for a 6month contract. If you're someone who enjoys a busy, fast-moving environment and likes working with both techies and non-techies, this could be a great fit. You will be working closely with security specialists, pre-sales folks, and other teams across the business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Oversee the delivery and performance of security operations (including SOC services)Serve as the main liaison for clients in relation to cyber operationsSet up and track delivery activities and small projects using internal PM tools Coordinate incident management activities and escalation processes in line with best practices.Monitor contracts, renewals, and revenue reporting for the cyber security team.Contribute to service-related initiatives, including training, documentation, and marketing efforts.

What We're Looking For:

Someone who is highly organised and adaptableAn enthusiastic person who is comfortable navigating a ever-evolving security landscape.A background in service delivery, cybersecurity environments (especially SOC), or IT operations.

Nice to Have:

Professional certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.Solid skills with Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a bonus).Familiarity with project management principles (certification is helpful but not essential).
