Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled GRC Consultant to support a leading business. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing control frameworks, as well as ensuring compliance with ISO and NIST standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement corporate risk and compliance strategies, policies, and frameworks.Design, implement, and maintain control frameworks aligned with ISO and NIST standards.Conduct risk assessments, identify control gaps, and develop mitigation strategies.Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Support in the continuous improvement of risk and compliance processes.Provide training and awareness sessions to staff as needed.Requirements:
Proven experience as a GRC Consultant or in a similar risk and compliance role.Strong knowledge of ISO, NIST, and other relevant frameworks and standards.Experience in designing and implementing control frameworks for risk management.Familiarity with corporate risk management processes, internal audits, and compliance audits.Ability to identify risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001) are a plus.

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Security Specialist to join their IT team on a contract basis. Reporting directly to the Director of IT, you'll act as the primary security contact for the European business - ensuring the delivery, compliance, and operational readiness of security systems in a highly regulated, manufacturing-driven environment.
This is a hands-on role combining technical execution with project oversight, working closely with both internal teams and external vendors.
Key Focus:
Lead security operations and projects across European sites.
Implement and maintain security controls (CrowdStrike, AD, GPO, SIEM, and more).
Monitor alerts, manage incidents, and oversee compliance efforts.
Balance security with operational continuity in a production-critical setting.
Ideal Background:
7+ years in IT Infrastructure / Cyber Security.
Strong Windows Server, Active Directory & GPO knowledge.
Experience in manufacturing, pharma, or other regulated environments is a plus.
Skilled in stakeholder management across distributed teams.
Willingness to handle occasional out-of-hours alerts.
