Key Responsibilities
Install, terminate, label, and test copper and fiber optic cabling following industry standardsRead and interpret cabling diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentationAssist in troubleshooting and resolving basic cabling issuesMaintain accurate records of installed systems and configurationsSupport cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlinesFollow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environmentAbout You

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Cabling Technician to join our fast-paced operations team. You'll support critical hardware and infrastructure-installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers, cabling, power systems, and environmental controls.
Ideal for candidates with experience in IT support, network cabling, HVAC/electrical systems, or technical operations. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment-this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Rack and maintain servers, network gear, and power unitsRun, terminate, and test copper/fiber cablingMonitor and respond to hardware alerts and system issuesDocument work and support escalation as neededWork rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)What We're Looking For
