Business Analyst

3 months contract to start with (Inside IR35)

Birmingham based (hybrid working)

Skills Training and Qualifications:

Essential:

• Good Business Analysis skills with prior experience in Business Analysis role(s)
• Experience of working in Facilities Management specifically in an IS function
• Knowledge of CAFMs within an FM sector
• An analytical mind with the ability to translate complex business needs into documented (functional and non-functional) requirements being mindful to distinguish user request from underlying needs
• Ability to work autonomously, to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Good stakeholder management skills, managing and influencing Stakeholders at various levels (internal and external)
• Self-motivated, focused and directed, with an ability to manage time effectively
• Ability to present ideas in friendly language, being mindful of the target audience
• Knowledge and experience of Waterfall and Itertive delivery methodologies and tools
• Knowledge of a variety of IT / Business systems

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (e.g Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO, Word and MS Teams)

• Experience of IT governance frameworks and disciplines, such as ITIL etc
