Ekow is the founder of inside voices, an online platform that helps jobseekers understand which companies really care about diversity, equity and inclusion (DE). During his 13-year career in Finance, he had always been passionately engaged in diversity efforts, as he was tired of being the only Black face in the room. After his employer failed to protect him from discrimination, he launched inside voices to bring transparency and accountability to DEI.
